From the very beginning of its inauguration, the statue of unity has been attracting so many tourists from all around the world. It is considered to be the tallest man-made structure on earth, standing 180 meters high and built with expense of near about 3000 crore.
The city of Ahmedabad is around 200 kilometers away from the statue, but good communication via road makes the journey easier. The location of the statue is certainly not a matter of concern; it grabs the attention of outnumbered tourists anyway. It surpassed the statue of liberty as well as China’s statue of Buddha.
